AS GENTLE AS YOU, JERRY
I hung out with Jerry this morning. He kept me company while I washed and dried kitty bowls and litter boxes. He said, "I didn't think you'd be coming by today because I heard something about a big snow storm." I said, "The snow storm is coming tomorrow, but don't worry because you'll be safe and warm in the kitchen." Today Jerry told me he was feeling kinda blue. I usually keep a pack of kitty treats in my pocket when I'm in Jerry's kitchen, so I offered him a few thinking it would cheer him up. He thanked me for the treats (they were tuna flavored, Jerry's favorite... although he also likes the chicken flavored ones.) Anyway, he cheered up a bit and watched me wash the kitty bowls and some litter boxes, but after a while, he looked bored. I tried to interest him with the kitty toy I alwa
NOT GOING HOME YET
Jerry was feeling blue yesterday. He said to me, "I wish I could get adopted by a nice family..you think I'm a great guy and wish you could adopt me, but you said you already have 9 cats at home, so why doesn't somebody else adopt me???" Poor sad Jerry.

Jerry was very talkative today and while I was washing up the cat bowls and litter boxes, he filled me in on some terrific news about Emily and Milo: Emily, that sweet and lovable lap cat originally rescued at the Price Chopper parking lot and Milo, the stray in New Windsor who spent the last year at HVSPCA...both kitties are going to the same home. HOOORAY for Emily!! HOOORAY for Milo!! And just before I left today, he whispered in my ear some other great news: Mia and Twink
