Is anybody listening?

When I was at the shelter yesterday, I had a long talk with Sylvia. She was looking sad. I said, “Hey Sylvia…You’re the official Kitchen Cat…just like Jerry before you. That’s a very important Honor because there can only be ONE KITCHEN CAT at a time and looks like you’re it. I am so very honored to work at the sink beside you.”

Well Sylvia wasn’t buying any of it. She looked very downcast and she was smart enough to know that I was trying hard to cheer her up.

Well the truth is, Sylvia’s a sweetheart and anybody who loves cats would be rushing to HVSPCA to give her a good home. Is anybody listening????
